Fool N Final
Whoever said crime didn't come with fun?
FOOL N FINAL is a crime thriller which comes with it's own dose of fun. A comic caper that has a diamond robbery as the stream which runs throughout and connects each of the protagonists, FOOL N FINAL comes with a script that has a dozen odd characters playing a speedy game.
This is the story of a diamond robbery that was almost impossible to pull off. But Rocky [Chunkey Pandey] just about manages to do so. A man who has hots for only two things - no, not women - but guns and gambling, he travels from India to Dubai to sell it to Lalwani [Asrani] after being instructed to do so by his uncle Chowksi [Gulshan Grover], an underworld don.
News reaches fast, especially when it belongs to the crime world, and Choubey, a junk shop owner, too gets to know about the diamond robbery. To pay off the loan he had taken from another Dubai mafia don Moscow Chikna [Arbaaz Khan], he is forced to steal the diamond. For that he takes the help of a young crook Raja [Shahid Kapoor] and his niece Tina [Ayesha Takia].
On the other hand Raja had something more happening in his life that required him to play a dual role. As luck would have it, he resembled the dead son of an elderly couple [Om Puri and Sharmila Tagore]. Munna [Sunny Deol], Om Puri's younger brother, couldn't see his sister-in-law in a state of distress and plants Raja as her son. Raja accepts, but for a price.
Munna has his own 'powerful' life as well. A well built man with a strength that could topple cars and trucks and anything else that came his way, Munna was approached by Luckee [Vivek Oberoi] for a fight. Why? Well, Luckee, a small time video game parlous owner in Dubai, had his additional income coming from the illegal boxing matches and for that he wanted someone strong!
In this story dominated by men, there was also a girl called Payal [Sameera Reddy], who came from India to Dubai for a job, but was forced to perform in a dance club by underworld don J.D. [Zakir Hussain]. Saved from the clutches of J.D. by Munna, she had fallen heads over heels in love with him.
Meanwhile Rocky reaches Dubai and meets Moscow to buy guns. But Moscow has plans of his own as he now he wants Choubey, Raja and Tina to kidnap Rocky as he visits bookies for gambling. They do the task but Moscow double crosses them by murdering Rocky and takes away the diamond.
J.D., who also controlled the bookie world, gets to know about the crime committed at the bookies and now wants the diamond for himself.
But this is not all as Chowksi enters the scene searching for Rocky. And along with him comes Gunmaster G9 [Jackie Shroff].
Chobey, Raja and Tina are trapped....BIG TIME!
What would happen next?
And let's warn you, the game does sound quite complex to begin with but it is this very complexity that brings around a charming twist to the story.
Directed by Ahmed Khan who had debuted with LAKEER a few years back, FOOL N FINAL is a Firoz Nadiadwala film with music by Himesh Reshammiya which is arriving on screens on June 01.
