The 'Yuvan Yuvathi' crew had recently visited Seychelles for the shooting where a reception was hosted by the Indian High Commissioner Asit Kumar Nag and Madhumitha Nag at Indian House.

Says director of the film G N Kumaravelan, "Everyone, from Bharath and Rima Kallingal to the entire crew, was warmly welcomed by the Commissioner. He was happy that we were shooting there and told us the last film to be shot there was Ram Gopal Varma’s Rangeela".

During the welcome address, the High Commissioner highlighted the initiative of Dr V Ramadoss to produce and film the movie in Seychelles. He hoped that this would pave way for more Indian film producers to Seychelles as a foreign destination for shooting their films.

Kumaravelan, whose first film was 'Ninaithale Inikkum', adds: "Yuvan Yuvathi is a love story. We have completed filming the talkie portion and a few songs. We are yet to shoot two more and have planned schedules in north India and abroad".
