It's a packed Friday at the box office this week, as at least four Tamil films are hitting the screens, besides movies from Telugu, Hindi and English industries.

Vimal's much expected 'Ishtam', which marks the Kollywood debut of Kajal's sister Nisha Agarwal, is seeing the light of the day today. For the first time, Vimal is playing a city youth in this film directed by Prem Nizar. Produced by Balaji Real Media, it is a remake of Telugu film 'Yemaindi Ee Vela'.

'Urumi Padhinaindham Nootraandu Uraival', the Tamil version of Santosh Sivan's Malayalam flick 'Urumi' is hitting the screens today. A multi-starrer period film, it has Prabhu Deva, Vidya Balan, Prithviraj and Genelia D' Souza among others in lead roles. Kalaipuli S Thanu is releasing it.

Also in the list are 'Anbulla Manvizhiye' and 'Konjum Mainakkale', both romantic stories with new faces in the lead roles. Ravi Teja's Telugu film 'Daruvu', Bollywood flick 'Yeh Khula Aasmaan' and 'The Grey' are also hitting the screens.
