It is not new for the audiences who have love as a subject with action/faction backdrop. Director Raviraj gave a small twist to maintain suspense till the end in his debut film. Brahmaji who had good talent and performed excellently in various films like 'Khadgam, Samudram' had got a nice break in the hero slot. Suhasini, who made her entry through Chantigadu proved a good pair to Brahmaji in this flick.

There is a village with two factions, one led by Prakash (Nagendrababu). Prakash is a gentleman and an elderly person for the people of the village. His wife is Poorna (Sudha) and daughter is Priya (Suhasini). Poorna, along with other followers of Prakash, consumes food mixed with poison by their rival group and dies, but Priya and Prakash get spared as both of them did not take the food. Prakash's close follower (Chinna) also dies in the mishap but his son Ganapati and Ganaa (Brahmaji) survives. Prakash keeps Priya in the city in his nephew's care and educates her. However, Prakash brings up Ganaa with him and the latter too remains a faithful servant. Prakash's nephew constructs a hospital and ensures costly equipment for surgeries. Priya comes to the village and loses her heart to Ganaa. But Ganaa, who knows his position, maintains a distance. But Priya continues to pester Ganaa to love her. Priya has a problem in heart and a heart transplant is needed to keep her alive. Ganaa's blood group and heart suits Priya and the other alternative is Prakash's heart. Prakash, though not willing heartfully, accepts to sacrifice Ganaa for the sake of his daughter. By the time of surgery, Prakash's nephew realizes that she is in love with Ganaa. In order to unite the lovers, Prakash gives his heart and saves his daughter.

Brahmaji performed extremely well in sentimental scenes and also showed good ease in fights. However, he should improve a little in shaking legs in dances. Comedy by Ramjagan and Uttej in one track, Lakshmipati-Sakuntala-Gouthamraju in another track is okay. The unexpected twist of a Good Samaritan turning a villain and planning to kill the hero is a little novel and the audiences could easily guess what would be the climax. Nagendrababu did the role with elan. It is Nagendrababu's character that is worth watching in the film. Suhasini though has not much scope to perform, but did justice to her role. Though there is no need for faction as backdrop in this film, it might have kept only for the action scenes involving Brahmaji. Camera work in songs is good, while the action choreography suited the hero perfectly. A couple of songs were choreographed well.
