Gautami Tadimalla has announced separation from Kamal Haasan. The couple has been living together for thirteen years and this announcement has come as a shock to the South Indian film industry.

The 'Manamantha' actress said that it was heartbreaking for her to announce the separation and it was one of the most devastating decisions she has ever taken in her life.

Gautami added that it has taken a very long time for her to take the decision.Kamal was with Gautami and supported her when she had been fighting with cancer.
