The multi-talented star Silambarasan is often rumored of turning up late to the shooting spot and causing delay in the progress of the films he works on. However, director Gautham Menon, who is working for the second time with the young actor for Achcham Enbadhu Madamiayada` has something different to say about this oft repeated complaint and he has shared it in an exclusive interview to Indiaglitz.

"There is a way he (Silambarasan) works. Even if he comes late for 2-3 hours we will finish what we have planned for that day . He is such a brilliant actor. We vibe really well. I understand him and he understands me. Whatever pressure he has, he did not have a release for 2-3 years… even when he is pained he will think it is Gautham`s shoot and he has come for the next day for me. When it was felt that I have to adjust to him, he would say he will come 2-3 hours late and I have accepted. I know and he knows we will complete what we have planned for the day within that evening. I love working with him."

This more than clarifies the unique working style of Silambarasan isn`t it?
