After controversies that held 'Vishwaroopam'' and 'Kadal'in the headlines, Aadhi Bhagavan'' gets its turn now. A whooping 24 cuts and countless warning messages, and the movie has been finally awarded 'A' certificate. For the record, 'Vishwaroopam' had fourteen cuts, all for a 'U/A'. It certainly is not easy any more to get a 'U' certificate.

On similar grounds, 'Billa 2' has been revised by the censor board, for its TV premiere, despite its already existing 'A' certificate. Only good news for the ladies, any scene portraying violence for women will be ruthlessly removed.

On the plus side, after 'Vishwaroopam', director Ameer's Aadhi Bhagavan' is the only Asian movie to be screened in Auro 3D. That makes this the second Asian movie for this feat. It will be on the screens from February 22nd. The movie is based on a mafia background, and has been in production for nearly three years, for J Anbazhagan. This flick has 'Jeyam' Ravi and Neetu Chandra in the lead roles.
