With the flip-flop around Saif-Kareena wedding finding its zenith, what with last couple of weeks seeing multiple dates being thrown around, here is a twist in the tale.

Apparently the delay in wedding is also due to the fact that Saif wants to concentrate on his home production 'Go Goa Gone' which is marching towards completion.

With Kareena choosing to concentrate entirely on 'Heroine' and delaying wedding by a few weeks, even those associated with 'Go Goa Gone' feel that the actor should be around when the film is ready to release.

"Though the film was delayed in the interim period since Saif was super busy with 'Agent Vinod', he is now buoyed by the success of 'Cocktail'.

He recently wrapped up a major schedule of the film in Mauritius and is now readying 'Go Goa Gone' for release before end of year.

Since he has to accommodate it all between 'Heroine' (which arrives in September) and end of year, it was prudent that there was further hold up in marriage", informs a source. However the latest is that this isn't the last one has heard of the change in marriage date.

Though Saif has mentioned that he would eventually tie the knot in December, there hasn't been a word yet from Kareena. On the other hand Saif's mom, Sharmila Tagore, is being evasive of disclosing any more plans.

"It is understandable", says a close associate, "Both Kareena and Saif have so many professional commitments that it is marriage on which the axe is falling time and again.

No one can say that with confidence that whether it would take place this year at all.

Kareena has 'Talaash' releasing in November while 'Go Goa Gone' may see December arrival.

As an actor Saif could have delayed the latter but as a producer he is further committed to release it when the time is right." Moreover, even though Saif's role started off as a cameo in 'Go Goa Gone', he will now be seen in an extended guest appearance.

Loaded with an added responsibility of ensuring that 'ghar-ka-member' Kunal Khemu finds his place under the sun as the film’s main lead, Saif may well take his time before walking to the alter.
