Gopichand Achanta wins ‘Maryada Ramanna’ Cycle

Producer Gopichand Achanta of ‘14 Reels’ had won the final bid of the ‘Maryada Ramanna’ cycle.

The auction was thrilling as the bidding amount went high and it was Gopichand Achanta who had the last say at ` 1,51,000. His banner, 14 Reels is also associated with ‘Maryada Ramanna’ as it is the distributor of the movie for Krishna District.

The bidding amount will be triplicated by producers Arka Media and director SS Rajamouli. The final proceeds will be donated to Devnar Scool for the Blind in Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Other bidders in the auction were ‘Arundathi’ producer Shyamprasad Reddy, Gemini Kiran, etc. along with the crew of ‘Maryada Ramanna’.
