To stay in limelight actor always try to play different kinds of roles and this is the reason why the 'Shaitan' famed actor Gulshan Devaiah opted out of the much-talked Vidya Balan starrer 'Bobby Jasoos'.
Producers Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha had offered Gulshan 'Bobby Jasoos' to play a grey-shaded character. Although initially the actor accepted the movie, on later analysis he felt that he would look repetitive on screen - given the fact, he had done similar kind of role in his recent release 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela - Ram-Leela'.
So Gulshan put this fact across Dia, who turned out to be very understanding and graciously accepted his point.
As of now, Gulshan has Pooja Bhatt's 'Cabaret' on hand, in which he plays the main protagonist.
