The shooting of 'Gundammagari Manavadu' directed by B Jaya, presented by K Achireddy and produced by Venkat on the banner of RR Movie Makers with Ali, Nikhole and Sindhuri in the lead was launched on Sankranthi and completed its shooting by Ugadi.

Music provided by Vandemataram Srinivas was proved a big hit after the launch of the audio through Aditya Music.

Presently final mixing is in progress and the film is all set for release on May 12.

Speaking on the occasion, director B Jaya says, 'I would grow up as a successful director from a struggling director with this film. As I am pointing out right from the beginning, the film would get compliments both from the industry as well as the audiences. All the senior artistes already complimented me for giving a very good film. As the audio was already proved a big hit, I wish the film would also be a big hit. We are releasing the film on May 12.'
