Baanam, Solo, Okkadine, and Madarasi. Each of his four films is different in its own way. This modestly popular actor, who hails from the Nara family, is choosy about the roles he does. He is one lucky newcomer (relatively) to get both distinct roles and interesting subjects.

"When it comes to films, my decision is final about the selection of stories. My first film had social message. Even now, I have selected a subject (Solo) the common audience will be able to relate to. My aim is to look for novelty in subject," he had said sometime back.

Playing Duryodhana is his dream role. Rajamouli, Puri Jagannath and Trivikram Srinivas are his favourite directors.

Before his next birthday, he will have raised a notch higher in terms of popularity, thanks to the films like Okkadine and Madarasi. Okkadine is, like Solo, targeted at the family audience. While Madarasi sees him in a heroic role of the kind he played in Baanam.

IndiaGlitz wishes Rohith a very happy and successful year ahead.
