If you can learn anything from Pawan Kalyan, it is his ability to keep calm in the toughest of the situations. Even when things do not work in his favour, he tries to play hard ball with indomitable spirit. Pawan Kalyan, the ever-so optimistic and cheerful star, celebrates his birthday today (September 2).

This birthday is not something his fans may not cherish. Despite the moderately successful Teen Maar, which marred the high expectations which some lovers of romantic cinema may have had, Pawan's career is sagging. Last September 2, however, was different. Komaram Puli's audio was a monster hit. Everyone's eyes were set on the film's release which was to happen in less than a fortnight. Thanklessly, when it did release, the spirits of his fans across the state were dampened. Puli was declared a resounding flop on the first day of its release.

Despite the flops and super flops, you cannot write Pawan off. Such is the awe that he continues to inspire among the audience that they never get bored of watching him. Not surprisingly, they await his Gabbar Singh to just see him in a tough role, with his arrogant demeanor on full display.

It would be repeating the same thing like a stuck recorder to talk about his seven back-to-back hits at first. Then, unfortunately, flops followed. Every time someone dared to relegate him to the sidelines, his films released amidst unprecedented hype and hoopla, often opening with record collections.

His next film, tentatively titled Kaali, is all set to hit the marquee sometime in December. IndiaGlitz wishes him a happy birthday and an eventful year ahead.
