Director Srinu Vaitla celebrates his 41st birthday today. The director is riding on the success of Dookudu is busy working on ‘Aagadu’, his next with Super Star Mahesh Babu. The film 'Badshah' with NTR hasn't done as expected but didn’t dent the director's image in the commercial circles of Telugu Film Industry.

The director has recreated a mass appeal to the action comedies and teamed up with writers like Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan to fuse comedians into the main stream than a separate track. Especially his chemistry with Brahmanandam has been such as success that the ace comedian is treated on par with star heroes.
