If everything goes well, Allari Naresh might make his debut in Bollywood sooner than later. Porali, which will be released in Telugu as Sangharshana, would be remade in Hindi by Priyadarshan. The actor says that the director has approached him offering him to do the same role in Hindi. However, Naresh would like to wait and watch how the things unfold because nothing was finalized as yet.

Asked about his interest for doing Tamil movies of late, he said that though he has always wanted to act in Tamil, the directors would normally inquire him about his market in Telugu, et al, and would say that they will be better to make the film in two languages. However, Naresh is of the opinion that the reality of nativity should be factored in while making a bi-lingual. According to him, any and every subject cannot be made in Tamil and Telugu.

He has faced opposition in Kollywood from some quarters. A respected film personality there wondered on the stage why a Telugu actor had to be roped in when there was so much talent available in Tamil. Naresh is realistic and feels that a non-native actor is bound to face opposition.
