First day Box office collections of 'Meesaya Murukku'

Hip Hop Tamizha Adhi's debut directorial venture 'Meesaya Murukku' has opened to positive reviews on Friday (July 21). The film which has Adhi and Aathmika in lead roles has also performed well in the box office.

According to sources close to the Tamil Nadu Box Office trade, 'Meesaya Murukku' has collected Rs.1.17 crores from theatres across the state. Chennai city has contributed Rs.13.5 lakhs out of this which means the film has performed very well in B and C centers.

With positive reviews pouring in, we can expect that 'Meesaya Murukku' will make huge collections in its first weekend from all over Tamil Nadu.
