Homely Meals,Jawan of Vellimala,Mammootty, director Anoop Kannan

After that not so memorable 'Jawan of Vellimala',with Mammootty, director Anoop Kannan is back with  a new small movie 'Homely Meals', planned as a healthy mixture
of life and dreams of younger life. Presenting TV anchor Vipin Atlee in the lead, Shrinda Ashab plays the heroine in the movie which also feature a lot of young
faces, apart from the seniors like Nedumudi Venu, Manoj K Jayan, Kailash and Sreejith Ravi.

Homely Meals' revolves around the life of an youngster named Alen from Kochi. A man who eats, sleeps and dreams cinema, he produces a show that he makes for a
channel in the title 'Homely Meals'. The movie follows the hardships faced by  Alen  to fine tune his programme and find a space in the media world. Alen is a man
who gets inspired by his own experiences that he put up decorated, in his shows. With stiff competition from a corporate team, and a goon named Palarivattam
Mosappan, Alen  suddenly finds entwined in situations that makes his life very difficult. Srinda appear as a television newsreader named Nanditha in the film.

With a lot of freshness in its theme and presentations, 'Homely Meals', is trying to be much different even in its teasers which has gone viral. The teaser is a
hotpotch of movie scenes where the actors say 'Onnu Kaananam'.-that Is 'I want to see'. The movie packed with loads of humour, twist and suspense is currently on
post production. Well-known theatre actor Rajesh Sharma plays the role of Mosappan, while Nedumudi Venu plays Fr Dixon, another full-length comedy character. Manoj K
Jayan, Sudheer Karamana, Joju and Sabitha Anand are also in the cast lines of 'Homely Meals.' The movie will have four songs by Sarthaj. Meera Jasmine's brother
Georgy Joseph debuts into films through 'Homely Meals', cranking the camera.

The film produced by Hussain and Illias Zakkariya under the banner of Recaro Pictures, will be on theatres soon..
