The marathon man Vijay Sethupathi after rounding off the year with six releases is on the verge of completing K.V. Anand`s Kavan` which could be his seventh release on December 23 if all goes well.

Vijay Sethupathi will be teaming up with director Paneerselvam of Renigunta` fame in which his Aandavan Kattalai` pair Ritika Singh is said to have been roped in as the leading lady even though Keerthy Suresh and Manjhima Mohan were in talks. Ritika who has been balancing her childhood passion with acting has reportedly given sports the back seat after the chance to reunite with Vijay Sethupathi. She is also currently shooting for Shivalinga` directed by P. Vasu starring Raghava Lawrence. Well, it makes sense as the Irudhi Suttru` girl cannot take chances of injuring her pretty face when she has such sound projects in hand
