Nilgiris born Sai Pallavi found instant stardom after her turn as the Tamil speaking Malar teacher in Premam` and ever has starred in a couple of projects in Malayalam and Telugu. Recently Sai Pallavi signed two Tamil films one with Madhavan directed by Vijay and another with Vikram directed by Vijay Chander. It is being reported that the dancer turned actress is out of the Vikram film due to her failure to allot dates even after the team gave her leverage twice and postponed shoot. Vijay Chander is said to be in talks with both Kajal Agarwal and Tamannaah for the role.
