Shruti Haasan joins S.J. Surya's next

S.J. Surya who is busy playing the lead roles in Iraivi`, 174` and Selvaraghavan`s Nenjam Marapathillai` will soon wear the director`s hat for a Telugu film starring Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The duo have earlier worked together in Kushi` and Puli`.

The project which is the remake of Thala Ajith`s blockbuster Veeram` will have Shruti Haasan as the leading lady reprising the role played by Tammannaah in the original. Shruti and Pawan Kalyan have earlier worked together in the super hit Gabbar Singh`.
