Here is some super exciting news on the VIP2` front. A little birdie tells us that Dhanush and Soundarya Rajinikanth have zeroed in on the heroine for the project and it is none other than Subbulakshmi the daughter of yesteryear heroine Gauthami who will be making her acting debut.

VIP2` has story and dialogues by Dhanush and screenplay and direction by Soundarya Rajnikanth with sources, adding that Samuthirakani and Vivekh are also most likely to reprise their roles from the original. The film is going on the floors in early December and all official confirmations regarding the cast and the crew will be made in a couple of weeks.
