It may be a tired pun to say Charmi is a charmer. But it is also proving true.
The gamine actress is one of the happening figures in the industry now.
And that is something of a surprise --- she was a failure in Malayalam and Tamil. In Tollywood, too, she had a couple of hiccups before hitting the overdrive.
Now after Sri Anjaneyam and Gauri, Charmi Kaur is moving relentlessly towards the top.
The films she is currently doing include one opposite Prabhas and Mass (Dammunte Kaasuko) with Nagarjuna.
Tollywood insiders say that the thing about Charmi is she is cute as well as sensuous. In other words, she can mix glamour with homeliness.
And to boot, she can act.
Pity she can't speak Telugu.
