Dhanush's Tamil movie, 'VIP', released a few months back, has been a big hit there and has set the cash registers ringing.

This film, revolving around a unemployed bachelor has hugely attracted the audiences there. Now there is a huge competition among the Telugu producers to bag the Telugu rights of this film.

Earlier there were rumours that a famous Telugu hero is showing interest to remake this film.
