YVS Chowdhary has taken strong exception to the rumours doing the rounds that he is producing Balakrishna-starrer Common Man. He has issued a statement saying that there is no iota of truth in the news that he is producing Krishna Vamsi's project under his home banner.

The rumours have apparently irritated him. It has been a week since the news was first broke on the netscape. It spread fast, with even 24/7 news channels going the the town saying that YVS, along with KV, is the man behind the idea.

Let alone YVS not producing the film, it is said that even Balakrishna and KV are not too keen to launch the project this year. The film, they say, is based on some real-life incidents in the life of late NTR.
