Ilayathalapathy Conducts Marriage for the Poor

Known to be benevolent, Ilayathalapathy Vijay reiterated the fact by his kind gesture, in Trichy recently. The actor conducted free marriage for 15 needy couples through Vijay Fan Club and Welfare Association. He also offered them a 51-variety itemized 'seer varisai', which included mixie, bureau, kitchen utensils and mat. Vijay says that such pro actions give him mental peace and satisfaction, out of helping the needy. After wishing and blessing the couples, the actor set apart time for a few questions from the fans. "Upcoming film 'Thalaivaa' assures to be an entertainer for all ages. I am sure that it will not fail to impress a person of any age" says the actor. Speaking on his family and children, he said "My son Sanjay says he would become an actor sometimes and at times he claims he would follow the dreams of becoming a sports personality. Since my daughter Divya is still very young, she has not yet opened her wishes about her future. Whatever be it, my children's future is entirely up to them to define and I shall not interfere in their dreams."
