It is now common knowledge that Vijay is playing a father and his two sons, one a medical student and another magician in 'Vijay 61' in which his three leading ladies are Nithya Menen, Kajal Agarwal and Samantha with the ensemble cast of Vadivelu, S.J. Surya, Sathyaraj, Sathyan and Kovai Sarala.

According to sources the father character in 'Vijay 61' has a mass getup and his very appearance lit up the sets and the scenes have also come out with a lot of emotions and style. The Ilayathalapathy is said to have been mighty impressed by this magnanimous role making it his favorite in the movie.
