Thenandal Studios , founded by celebrated workaholic filmmaker, Rama Narayanan are producing their 100th film Vijay 61` directed by Atlee and starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay in triple roles. The A.R. Rahman musical has the ensemble cast comprising of Samantha, Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menen, S.J. Surya, Sathyan, Kovai Sarala, Sathyaraj and Vadivelu.

Producers Hema Rukmani and Murali Ramaswamy have announced that the first look and the official title of Vijay 61` will be unveiled at 6pm on the 21st of June a day ahead of Vijay`s birthday on the 22nd. The team want the millions of Vijay fans to go into celebration mode much earlier than expected over their most awaited film that will arrive as a grand Diwali attraction this year.
