Illayathalapathy Vijay, Samantha, Amy Jackson and director Mahendran are the principle cast of Vijay 59` directed by Atlee which some say is the official remake of the Maniratnam written Captain Vijayakanth starrer Chathriayan`. The shooting is going on in full swing and almost 70 percent is said to be already completed.

Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu and the team have announced that the title and first look of the film will be revealed this Diwali. But now news is trickling in that the title of the film is most likely to beKhakhee` and the only glitch is that a previous Sarathkumar film with the same title was dropped half way. It is still unknown whether they will go with this title or throw a complete surprise on us.
