India passports to be in Hindi and English

At an event marking 50 years since the Passport Act, 1967 was passed, External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj announced that personal details in passports will now be in both English and Hindi, as opposed to only English. She added that applicants under eight and over 60 years can benefit from a 10 percent reduction in passport fee.
