During the making of 'Jaguar', Jagapathi Babu got to bond well with HD Kumaraswamy, the former Chief Minister of Karnataka. It was announced back then that there will be a film with Jagapathi playing a key role in a former CM-produced movie.

The news is that the project has come through. And this one is touted as Jagapathi's comeback movie as the main lead. One Vasu Parimi has been chosen as the director. It will be co-produced by Jagapathi himself on Jagapathi Art Pictures. The actor is said to be very happy bringing back to life the banner set up his late father VB Rajendra Prasad, whose birthday was yesterday.

It has to be seen if the untitled project will be a Telugu-Kannada bi-lingual.
