With just one film director Mohan Raja`s image has taken a complete makeover amongst Tamil movie buffs. The unanimously acclaimed Thani Oruvan` that released over the weekend is the first direct film of Raja and he has directed 7 remake film before. Though he enjoys almost 90% success rate, the talented director has been trolled by a section of fans calling him as Remake` Raja.

Now that Thani Oruvan` has taken everyone by storm, the prefix Remake will still be suitable for Raja but for a different reason. Marveled by the thunderous response for the film from people as well as critics the Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Aravind Swamy starrer has already become a super hot property in remake business circles.

Reliable sources close to the makers of the film confirm that many biggies from Tollywood and Bollywood have already started approaching for the Telugu and Hindi remake rights of the conspiracy thriller flick. Big names such as the Megastar Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Suresh Production. Gopichand, PVR, A.M.Ratnam and Super Good Films have reportedly expressed keenness for the Telugu remake of the film.

It is also expected that Mohan Raja himself will be directing the film in Telugu and Hindi languages and Thani Oruvan` may actually take him to India`s costliest and most glittery industry the Bollywood.

The brainchild of a man who was only remaking films from other languages has become the most sought after film to be remade in other languages. And that is a fantastic turn around that can happen in one`s life.
