Actors Jiiva and Kajal Aggarwal have resumed shooting for director Deekay's 'Kavalai Vendam' in Kothagiri after a long gap. The team is presently canning a song sequence and this schedule will go on for a couple of weeks. After that the team will continue the shooting in Chennai.

Produced by Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment banner, the shooting of 'Kavalai Vendam' was started in January. The team canned some important sequences before leaving a break for elections. Now the shoot has been resumed after a long gap of four months. The film is a multi-starrer with Bobby Simha, Sunaina and Karunakaran playing other important roles.

Deekay has earlier directed the super hit flick 'Yaamirukka Bayamey' produced by the same banner.
