Actor Jiiva is presently acting in 'Kavalai Vendam' directed by Deekay of 'Yamirukka Bayamey' fame. The film stars Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead while Bobby Simha, Sunaina and Shruti Ramakrishnan are acting in other pivotal roles.

The film produced by Elred Kumar under the RS Infotainment banner deals with the modern outlook of youngsters on love and breakups.

Sunaina plays a pious girl in the film who is madly in love with Jiiva. But Jiiva is in love with a stylish bold girl played by Kajal. The story is the attempts of Sunaina to make Jiiva accept her love.

The shooting of 'Kavalai Vendam' started last month in Coonoor.
