Jiiva ahead of Vijay and Suriya

Actor Jiiva's delayed film 'Thirunaal' has finally got a release date it seems.

The film directed by K.P.Subramaniyam has Jiiva and Nayanthara in the lead roles and it is a rustic action entertainer in which Jiiva plays a rural rowdy and Nayanthara a brave teacher. The film also stars Karunas, Meenakshi and popular Television anchor Gopinath in supporting roles. With the musical score by Srikanth Deva, 'Thirunaal' has been produced M.Senthilkumar.

Reliable sources close to the film's unit confirm that 'Thirunaal' will be hitting the screens on April 1, 2016.

It is worth noting that Vijay's 'Theri' and Suriya's '24' are expected to hit the screens on April 14 on account of Tamil New Year festival.
