John Abraham wants Mohanlal

For his second production, ‘Jaffna’, John Abraham is keen to have Mollywood superstar, Mohanlal for the project.

After the success of his debut production ‘Vicky Donor’, John is now quite kicked to produce more meaningful films and is gradually moving to regional section. Currently he is having a Marathi project under his banner John Abraham Entertainment.

Next he is interested to produce a Malayalam film.

Coming to ‘Jaffna’- John is not only producing the film but also plays lead role in it; unlike his first production ‘Vicky Donor’ where he featured only in an item number.

About casting Mohanlal, John told in an interview that he is one of the best actors in our country and there is so much to learn from him. The actor-turned-producer, who is half Malayali, is hoping that the ‘Company’ and ‘Tezz’ famed actor has a role in ‘Jaffna’ and looking forward to work together.

To be helmed by Shoojit Sircar, ‘Jaffna’ deals with LTTE activities in Sri Lanka.
