Kajal Aggarwal's first heroine centric film with this veteran director

Veteran director P. Vasu's latest film 'Sivalinga' released on April 14, 2017, was well received by Tamil audience. It is the Tamil remake of his own Kannada blockbuster with the same title. Now we have gathered information about his next film.

Sources suggest that the senior filmmaker will be making a multilingual thriller flick which will be a female oriented subject and it will have Kajal Aggarwal in the lead role. The film will be made in Tamil, Telugu and a few other Indian languages.

Kajal is one of the top heroines of Tamil and Telugu cinema, As far as Kollywood is concerned she has just completed shooting for 'Vivegam' which is her first film with Thala Ajith and 'Mersal' which is her third with Thalapathy Vijay. She doing the main lead in a film directed by a much revered director like Vasu will definitely propel her star status to bigger heights. And this will be the first time, the 'Naan Mahan Alla' actress will be part of a heroine centric film.

Vasu has been making films for more than three decades in all the four South Indian languages. Over the years he has called shots for many male and female stalwarts of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam industries. In Tamil, he has given mega blockbuster films such as 'Chinna Thambi', 'Nadigan', 'Panakkaran' , 'Mannan' and 'Chandramukhi' among others.
