As we had reported a couple of days ago, Silamabrasan will be teaming up with his 'Vaalu' director Vijay Chander for the Tamil remake of the recent super hit Telugu film 'Temper'. The remake will be produced by Michael Rayappan of Global Infotainment banner.

Now we learn that Kajal Aggarwal who played the female lead in the original opposite Junior NTR will be reprising her role in the remake as well. Sources reveal that the 'Thupakki' actress has accepted the producer's offer to star in the Tamil remake and this will be her first film alongside Simbu.

'Temper' is the story of a corrupt police officer whose heart changes by a girl and he becomes a good man. Kajal plays the role of the girl who refines the hero.

Sources also say that Kajal will join the shoot of the remake by the month of June.
