Actor Kalaiyarasan's 'Yeidhavan' which was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on this Friday (May 5, 2017) has been postponed to next week. The film directed by debutant Sakthi Rajasekaran will be hitting the screens on May 12, 2017.

'Yeidhavan' stars Kalaiayarasan and Satna Titus in lead roles. S.Sudhakaran of Friends Festival Films has produced the film. Newcomer Paartav Barggo is the music director. Prem Kumar of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom` fame is the cinematographer of the film.

The reason for the postponement is not revealed but it is palpable that the phenomenal response for 'Baahubali 2' may be the main reason as the makers did not want to take risk by releasing the film when the 'Baahubali' fever is at its peak.

However Samuthirakani's 'Thondan' and Dhanishika starrer 'Enga Amma Rani' will be releasing on May 5 as planned.
