This is yet another mediocre with underworld and love laced cinema `Kalaya Thasmai Namaha'. How this type of director Chandrasekhar Srivatsav convinces the producer is a million dollar question. The strong vision is very essential for a producer when he is giving job to the newcomers. Director Chandrasekhar Srivatsav has the ancient thought floating from `Kalaya Thasmai Nahama'. When directors across the country with underworld subject reaching the Himalayan heights this director is still at the Nandi Hills.

Routine thought is what disgusting with protracted style of narration. Either the hero or heroine should visualize their life in the given situation. That has not happened. Director shows both hero and heroine very bold and dashing. They are so poor on thinking how future should be. That results in an outdated film for the audience of Kannada cinema by this director. What one thing director Chandrasekhar Srivatsav has done liberally is spending the money of the producer on the film. The work of the four walls in giving quick and brief film has not happened. He has not thought on this type of lengthy film impact. For the image of popular hero Yogesh he gives a disgusting dose and even his fans run away from the theatre.

Madhu (Madhubala) coming in search peacock feather goes behind the foursome lead by No.10 (Yogesh). Wherever she is following it is an uphill task for No.10 as police are behind foursome. Finally she gets the peacock feather in the hip pocket of No.10 that belongs to her. That brings No.10 and Madhu closer. When Manja throws chili powder on the face of Madhu it is No.10 who saves her. That takes one step ahead in love between the two.

Madhu without knowing what No.10 does fall in love. On the other hand No.10 working as paid killer to Rangayana Raghu is now allowed to progress in love. When Madhu father gives a deal for Rangayana Raghu to separate No.10 from his daughter it reaches peak.

No.10 decides to continue in his love. He runs away with Madhu to Bangalore. For the time being the only place left for No.10 to accommodate Madhu is a government hospital. Initially Madhu agrees but she becomes sick of the conditions. She repents, she yells at No.10 for the situation. She asks him to leave her to home. At this time No.10 is locked in another major problem from a deal he has taken. It is hunt for No.10 and his gang by police and underworld gang in Bangalore. N0.10 and gang face a pathetic end.

Madhubala the new find from Mysore is very promising in looks, acting and talent. The dubbing done to her role and naught looks of Madhubala are scoring points. Yogesh collects tears and goes down in his image is what perturb his fans. Of course his performance is notable in `Kalaya Thasmai Namaha'.

The gritty role of Rangayana Raghu is once again a deviation for the topnotch character actor. Trio with Yogesh are in fine form.

Cinematography by Cine Tech Soori is in highest standard. The hard work of the cameraman is seen in every frame. AM Neel has done his best mixing the melody and peppy tunes. Yogesh sung Kaali Rodu Onti Girlu Kempu Lipsu..and three others are good in melody.

The film needed a sharp editor who could crisp the lengthy shots of the director Chandrasekhar Srivatsav.

Score - 5/10
