Kamal Hassan was feeling low about the lack of people who came up to side him about the issue with the release of "Vishwaroopam". He surely must be feeling a glimmer of hope today, what with Rajni speaking up for him followed by Ajith now. Two more big names have also come up to side the actor.

The veteran director Bharathiraja wonders why no one came up to support Kamal yet and said that, according to hm, Kamal was a "Meesai Vaikaadha Bharathiar". This is because Kamal dares to be unique and think out of the box and also stands up for his ideas no matter what. He also said that the people of Tamilnadu should support Kamal and get him a fair and just result. Bharathiraja is very proud of Kamal for being a loyal Tamil artist who fervently works for the well being of the industry.

The second name who voiced up for Kamal is actor Parthiban. He said that the audience is the best judge for any film, regardless of whether it's good for a community or not. He also said something that went along the lines of calling the ban against "Vishwaroopam" senseless. He also said that the responsibility that should be carried by the whole of Kollywood is being handled by the one man, Kamal Hassan.
