The word "bitch" though meaning a female dog has been used for long as a derogatory word against women by some men. The bold and beautiful Shruti Haasan has released a song Be the Bitch` written and sung by her in which she hits back at those men.

Shruti`s gutsy work has been lauded by contemporaries such as Samantha, Radhika Sarathkumar and Khushbu among others and her father the Ulaganayagan is the latest to give a pat on her back.
