"I am against banning PETA" - Kamal Haasan

Kamal Haasan has been siding the youngsters in the Jallikattu saga and has raised many questions to the law enforcement as well as the government. In a recent interview the Ulaganayagan has stated that he is against any ban even if it is on PETA.

Kamal has said that he is against the ban on Jallikattu, his films or PETA. According to him even if the organization is banned the members will regroup under a different name and further more it is necessary to have an organization to safeguard the animals. Kamal said that his demand is that PETA should be regulated and made sure that they did not interfere with regional customs and cultures.
