As part of the New York Festivals International Film and TV Awards, Indian cinema was awarded. The award was presented by Chris Brown, Executive Vice President, Conventions and Business Operations for National Association of Broadcasters; Kamal Hassan received the award, representing Indian cinema. Ulaga Nayagan was seen sporting a trimmed beard, at the occasion. We hear that this is one of his three looks for the much awaited sequel, 'Vishwaroopam 2'. With more than 60% of shooting having been completed for 'Vishwaroopam 2', the film is expected to hit the big screen for this Independence day.
