This is not a speculation, but reveled by none other than Lizzy herself, while taking to a daily. She revealed that it is Kamal Hassan, Gauthami, and Mohanlal, and his wife whose timely interventions saved their marriage.

Lizzy agreed that there was a miscommunication between her and Priyadharshan which was made worse by a person who pretended to be their friend. Kamal Hassan, Gauthami, Mohanal and his wife intervened to manage the situation from going out of control and saved their marriage. The confusions are cleared now and the couple is back to happy status.
