Kamalinee Mukherjee, the dusky beauty from Bengal, made an impact acting Kamal Haasan's wife in ‘Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu’.

Though she got several offers after the film in Tamil, she chose to do some Telugu movies. Now she is back in Tamil for a meaty role.

After ‘Kedi’, actor Ravikrishna will play the lead role again in a movie to be produced by his father A M Ratnam's Sri Surya Movies.

It will be directed by Ilankannan, who made ‘Ottran’ starring Arjun before.

Impressed by the script, Kamalinee has agreed to do the same. It would be a bi-lingual made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
