Kamna Jethmalani arrived in Telugu filmdom with lot of hype and hoopla.

She was touted as the next big thing in the industry. She also branched out to Tamil with confidence.

But somewhere something seems to have gone wrong. The graceful and glamorous actress somehow has not managed to transform the initial momentum into abiding success.

Now she is almost without offers.

The buzz is that she is ready for item dances. For starters, she may get to figure in the prestigious Sainikudu.

The movie that features Mahesh Babu and Trisha in the leads is directed by Gunasekhar. Aswini Dutt is the producer.

The item song will also feature Mahesh and Trisha.
