Directed by choreographer-turned-director Larencce, 'Kanchana' is running in various theatres with houseful crowds and all those who watched the movie are complimenting the director for bringing out an excellent movie.

Though the film was simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu, the Telugu version was released and the Tamil version is yet to hit the screens. Not only the common public, but also the film personalities who watched the movie showered heaps of praises on the director.

Speaking on the occasion, Mass Maharaja Raviteja says, 'I watched the movie recently and it was good. Generally horror films would frighten the people, but 'Kanchana' though a horror was entertaining. I enjoyed the film. Congrats to Larencce for his effort to mix entertainment in horror.'

Comedy King Sunil says, 'I intentionally went to the theatre knowing that the film is a horror movie. I personally frightened for seven to eight times. Not only me, but all those who came to watch the movie must have frightened. A person, who was trying to go out unable to bear the tension/suspense, suddenly fell in his seat after watching a scene. Larencce excelled in the performance and in the climax, he almost appeared like Goddess Kali. I heartfully compliment the director and hero of the film, Especially the mix of entertainment with horror, is a nice experiment.'
