As director Lal has kicked off the shoot of his latest film 'Kobra' at Chalakkudy, the news is that the movie will have 'Kaniha as one of its heroines. The actress who had been the heroine to Mammootty in the magnum opus 'Pazhassi Raja' will once again join the megastar for this project which will also have the director Lal doing a prominent role.

Earlier it was rumoured that Padmapriya and Shruthi Ramakrishna were part of the project. But the recent reports suggests that they are not acting in the movie planned as an humorous action thriller.
