Karan is happy with the success of Kokki. The reason being the actor getting enough offers to play the hero. His next venture Thee Nagar went to floors recently. It features Udhayatara opposite him.

Meanwhile, Friends Cinema, the producers of Kokki, have decided to do another film with Karan.

The movie has been titled Karuppasamy Kuthagaikarar and it features Karan and Vadivelu in prominent roles. A debutant Murthy is wielding the megaphone while Dheena is composing the music and J Sridhar handling cinematography.

Karan has declared that he would not venture to do character roles again.

Buzz is that Karuppasamy Kuthagaikarar would be a different from Kokki and would be a hilarious entertainer.
