Earlier news about Karisma Kapoor being considered for the remake of 'Satte Pe Satta' had been making round. Now latest we hear that the beauty has been indeed finalised for the project.

As mentioned, Lolo will be playing the role of Hema Malini while Sanjay Dutt will do the dual roles played by Amitabh Bachchan. Top actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Bipasha Basu had been initially considered for the female lead.

Interestingly, talks are going on that Big B might be roped in to play the narrator's part.

'Satte Pe Satta' remake will be Dutt's second project under his home banner after 'Rascals'. The movie will be directed by Soham Shah ('Kaal' and 'Luck' fame).
